Patch Management — The headache (for us all!) is that cyber-criminals are constantly on the lookout for vulnerabilities. Even with good anti-virus software installed + a reliable network firewall, unpatched software could still allow a hacker to bypass all your protections (a bit like leaving your back door unlocked).
